Small jobs.

Clear plans for smaller changes that still need to be done properly.

Focused drafting for practical residential changes.

Small does not always mean simple. Fingerprint prepares practical drafting for focused residential projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, internal changes, decks and selected retaining-wall work.

  • Reviewing the address and the change you want to make.
  • Preparing clear plans for builders and consent applications.
  • Providing an indicative or formal fee estimate, depending on complexity.
  • Identifying when engineering, planning or a broader renovation scope is needed.

Where consent is required, Mike develops the plans, submits the application and manages the council process through to consented plans.

Some projects–including garage conversions, granny flats, elevated decks and retaining walls–may require additional assessment, engineering or consenting input.

Indicative drafting/documentation fee only. Excludes construction, materials, engineering, planning and other consultant fees. Site conditions, height, slope, structural issues, existing construction and consent requirements may materially change the fee. A formal estimate requires project details and an assessment.
